its probably not disruptive. Besides, when it comes to help desk and/or customer service, I cringe at the thought of disruption.
I am not worried though, CNBC just used the term disruptive four times in the last hour, a sure sign the term has jumped the shark.
I am going to disrupt my development team now and tell them how were going to be more innovative. 🙂
P.S. that six times now CNBC has used the term. Heck they are even running a special on the Disruptor 50!
