iSupport’s Technical Services Group was founded to provide customers the easiest and fastest way to deploy and configure our applications. Services include installation, configuration, and general deployment consulting.
The iSupport Deployment Consulting program provides a systems engineer who will spend time with you remotely, via the Internet. This time is to provide assistance on the installation, configuration and deployment of iSupport help desk software.
Support Hours 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday for critical system failures (installation errors, inability to login or inability to create work items).
