We slipped in one last release for 2016! iSupport 15.0.3 includes several chat improvements including adding other reps to a chat, requesting feedback, printing chat transcripts, and configuration of automatically created incidents. We also included Slack webhook integration, new views and charts, responsive dashboard components, and more. The release is available right now.
