iSupport’s Webhook feature enables data from iSupport work items to be instantly posted to a web application based on specified iSupport events. It’s flexible and easy to configure – you just specify the web application URL for iSupport to post data to and the fields containing the data you want to receive, and configure automation rule conditions and time frames that will trigger iSupport to post the field data to the URL.
