The history of iSupport is one focused on client needs, and not on growth at all costs to appease short-term shareholders. Many of our customers have been with us for more than a decade, which has given us an invaluable perspective that can only come from long-term relationships. Our large R&D investment continues to this day with an average of two major releases of our solutions each year.

iSupport saw a year-over-year increase in new customer licenses of almost 40%, accredited mostly to the UX redesign of the preceding 20 months.

iSupport celebrated its 72nd straight quarter of profitability on December 31.

iSupport Version 12.5 was released. From April 2011 to December 2013 iSupport released four major upgrades representing over 185 new features.

iSupport for Amazon Web Services, a cloud solution, was released.

iSupport Version 12 was released with a ground-up redesign of the iSupport UX.

iSupport Version 11 was released, again demonstrating a leadership position with social network integration functionality.

GWI Software was re-branded to iSupport Software.

2002

GWI led the industry again, releasing c.Support for Microsoft .NET – the first IT help desk application developed entirely with the .NET Framework.
