New Suite of Training Workshops Enables GWI Software Users to Optimize Usage of c.Support

September 27, 2005 - Vancouver, WA - GWI Software, an industry-leading provider of comprehensive IT help desk/customer service applications, today announced an offering of affordable training workshops delivering comprehensive education and instruction on specific feature areas of its flagship product, c.Support®. The suite of focus workshops will cover GWI’s product offerings on both the Microsoft® Windows and IBM® Lotus platforms, and were designed to emphasize configuration and usage of c.Support features in the client’s environment.
