New Suite of Training Workshops Enables GWI Software Users to Optimize Usage of c.Support

applications, today announced an offering of affordable training workshops delivering comprehensive education and
instruction on specific feature areas of its flagship product, c.Support®. The suite of focus workshops will cover
GWI’s product offerings on both the Microsoft® Windows and IBM® Lotus platforms, and were designed to emphasize
configuration and usage of c.Support features in the client’s environment.
